Krathi & Fathima who guided and helped me the procedure of collecting the umbilical cord once i have reached the hospital. Lifecell fathima who guided me and in contact with me & did the follow-up for every 1-hr about the situation in hospital and in contact with the hospital team once patient went to operation theatre. Initially we were very apprehensive to go with stem cell banking. However when I got in touch with Yamuna from Aster hospital, I was very much convinced with the details provided and deep-dive session about pros and cons. Services provided by LifeCell, especially collection and reporting was Great. My wife had a emergency delivery (preponed by a couple of weeks). When i called LifeCell's collection team at 4 AM in the morning, i was surprised to see Mr.Vasanth (Collection personnel) in the hospital within a hour, exactly when my wife was taken in OT and could collect full volume of Cord blood.
